Disclosure
Plain language about money, placement, and what the numbers are. A footer link is not the whole disclosure. The estimate result repeats "Not a buyer offer" on the page.
Material connection
Northmark may receive a referral fee from a buyer if you approve an introduction and that buyer later pays a referrer fee. That is a material connection. We are not a neutral directory with no commercial interest. We do not publish our own fee on this site, and we do not add a buyer's referrer fee to the company's range.
Placement
Which brands appear, and the order of the cards, can be affected by that relationship. The order is fixed on the page. It is not a ranking and it is not a rating. We list brands whose pages talk about paying a company for operational records, plus Avelence, which is an introducer with a model calculator. We do not list every possible buyer. Gulp Data and Datarade are omitted from the estimate because they are a different product. The vendor page also repeats four partners' published facts as words. Those words are not a score, not stars, and not for sale.
Ratings are not for sale
We do not sell ratings, stars, or a "best buyer" label. We do not take payment to change a published band or to hide a caveat. If a page has no figure that fits the profile, we show no number. We do not fill the gap. micro1's current referral page and its 16 Jun 2026 forum post disagree on the referrer fee. Both are shown. They are not averaged.
What the adjectives mean
- Indicative estimate, or not an offer: not a price Handshake or micro1 will pay.
- Illustrative: not a Scale or Troveo quote.
- Model estimate, not a buyer offer: not an Avelence offer.
- Typically, deals start at, largest to date: not a contracted amount.
- Up to: a ceiling, including referral bonuses, not a promise.
- Sample result: Troveo's own example, not the visitor's result.
The bands were read from those brands' pages on 2 Oct 2026. We did not audit them. The only figure that would matter is one a named buyer confirms in a contract with your company.
